Let's wipe the dust off this thing.

Whoa. Almost three years. I am one lazy blogger.

Since there's nothing new under the sun, but still.

This strikes me as funny. I'm sure I'm the last person to have stumbled upon this.

Harry Potter!

I lurved it! Most of my lj peeps were happy with it but at the same time felt a lot was missing. I agree.

Well, that's probably why it was going to be broken up into two films. Yes, some things were missing. Like seeing how the other Triwizard champions got their golden eggs from their dragons in a flashback. Or the veela at the Quidditch World Cup. (Or the Weasley's popping up in Privet Drive to pick up Harry for the Quidditch World Cup. Pretty much most of the beginning of it.) Or the fact that almost all of the male students in Hogwarts were all mindless around Fleur Delacour because she was part veela. They also left out that she was a complete bitch until the very end. I would have loved to see doggy Sirius with Harry at the end too. And finding out that Rita Skeeter was an unregistered Animagus would have been nice since she writes a lot of disparaging articles. Barty Crouch Jr.'s name popping up on the Maraunder's Map. All of this would have been nice.

But I love Brendan Gleeson as Mad Eye Moody. If you don't recognise him, he was William Wallace's giant strawberry blond best friend, Hamish, in Braveheart. Good stuff.

Still makes me laugh.

what's wrong with pink?

Trevor's protesting my choice of a pink template.

Here's my response. *blows raspberry in his general direction*

something i forgot

I posted this on my lj but forgot to post it here since it is such a momentous occasion I feel the need to post about it again. My brother turned 21 yesterday. Yay, Chris. Hope you got properly drunk and woke up somewhere foreign this morning.

m'kay

I got one of these for several reasons. None of them are sound reasons.

1. I can reply easier to Trevor's posts.
2. Mac World loves blogger.
3. I have diaryland, livejournal, and my space pages, so why not? Of course I don't really do much with two out of the three I just listed. Or anything with them.

Oh and Trevor got me The Complete Calvin and Hobbes for my birthday. Woohoo!
